Golden Paste Recipe
A few important things that I’ve learned from my own experience, plan on using more water as the mixture simmers on the stove. up to twice the original amount the recipe calls for. use fresh cracked or ground pepper from whole pepper corns. this is very important as fresh ground/cracked will contain the most piperine which is essential for the golden paste to be effective.
last but not least, simply sprinkling turmeric or curcumin ( the active compound in turmeric) on your dogs meals is not the same as making golden paste, the process of cooking/simmering the paste will increase it’s bioavailability
