FAQ:
Help! I don’t know what option to pick!
– *Anytime dealing with cancer we start with the higher fat 2:1 ketogenic ratio meal and then after 120 days we taper down to the lower fat 1:1 ratio recipe. So ultimately you will need 2 recipes (option 2) but it’s also important to keep in mind that having both recipes up front in the beginning also gives you the flexibility to fall back on the lower fat 1:1 recipe should your dog start getting picky about the 2:1 ratio meal you can take a short few day break and feed the 1:1 and then regroup and get back on the 2:1 meal. option 2 up above will give you both recipes upfront and take advantage of the price discount of getting both at once.
*Dogs dealing with epilepsy can also require more than 1 rendition or ketogenic ratio of the diet- thus requiring more than one recipe/recipe formulation etc. . more details on this page here
